Planning your team

Start your quote with the work.

The responsibilities, experience and working arrangement give a staffing quote its context. Describe those first so you can compare the scope as well as the price.

What to include in your brief

  • The recurring tasks, likely workload and the experience needed.
  • Your systems, required working hours and time zone overlap.
  • Who will manage the daily work, provide training and review the output.

What to clarify in the quote

Ask for an itemised explanation of the proposed fees and what they cover. Confirm recruitment, HR, payroll, employment administration and performance support, together with any equipment, software or workspace arrangements.

Agree the currency, billing period, any setup costs and which charges can change. Ask how leave coverage, changes to the role and notice terms affect the arrangement. Confirm these in the proposal before making a commitment.

Allow for the work your team will do

Your business provides day-to-day direction and feedback. Budget time for onboarding, access setup, training and review alongside the quoted service costs.

Questions about your quote

How much does a team member cost?

The quote depends on responsibilities, experience and working hours. Covela quotes for the agreed role. Send a brief with your requirements so we can discuss the scope and cost.

What should we check is included in the quote?

Confirm the fees for recruitment and ongoing people support, plus equipment, software and workspace costs. Ask about setup charges, billing currency and leave coverage before agreeing the proposal.

How long is the engagement?

Agree the duration, renewal process and notice requirements in the proposal. Include any project end date or expected change in workload when you brief us.

Can we add roles or reduce the team later?

Discuss changes with Covela as your workload develops. New roles need a brief and recruitment review; reductions or changes to existing roles depend on the agreed engagement and notice terms.

Compare a consistent scope

Covela does not publish a fixed rate card on this page. Use an agreed quote for your role rather than treating an illustrative task list as a priced package.
