Agree Your Team’s Working Hours

Include your required hours and time zone in the role brief. We discuss the schedule with you and confirm the working arrangement before the person starts. Explain when you need collaboration, customer coverage or a handover to another team.

Make the Schedule Specific

State the working days, start and finish times and the time zone those hours refer to. Note any daylight-saving changes and whether the schedule should follow your local time throughout the year. Discuss weekend or other coverage requirements during briefing so they can be considered in recruitment.

Plan the Time You Need Together

Identify the meetings, reviews and customer interactions that require overlap. Work that can be completed independently still needs a way to raise questions and hand over progress. Agree who will be available to answer questions during the person’s working day.

Monthly Hours

The same monthly fee applies when a full-time team member works between 160 and 180 hours. Below 160 hours, the adjusted charge is your monthly fee multiplied by actual hours worked, divided by 160. You receive a credit for the difference. Work above 180 hours needs your approval before it takes place.

Additional Hours

Request additional hours through the platform before the work takes place. We check your team member’s availability and proceed once all parties approve. Additional or overnight work may attract a higher rate, with the person receiving the same percentage uplift in pay. Agree the rate with us in advance.

Public Holidays

We agree the public holiday calendar with you. The default is the calendar of the country where the team member works. We can arrange coverage for a different client holiday schedule, with the working arrangement and any applicable rates agreed in advance.

Planned Leave

Team members generally give at least four weeks’ notice for planned leave. We review each request before sending it to you through the platform. Leave is subject to approval; once you approve the request, we action it.

Temporary Cover

We arrange temporary cover on request, subject to a suitable person being available for the role and short-term arrangement. Cover is not automatic or guaranteed, so let us know as early as you can.

Your Questions

Can team members work our business hours?

Include your required working hours and time zone in the brief. We coordinate the agreed overlap and daylight-saving changes with your team member. Overnight work is available for discussion where appropriate and attracts different rates. We confirm the schedule before the person starts.

Can our team work remotely, in an office or in a hybrid arrangement?

Remote work is our default. If you need office or hybrid working, we can arrange it through our network of coworking spaces and serviced offices in Manila and other metropolitan areas. Discuss the location and working arrangement with us when preparing the role.
